Junior Golf Tuition

"Rookie Club" Juniors

Here at the Matthew Stewart Golf Academy at Carnfunnock Country Park Junior coaching sessions are held every weekend on Saturdays and Sundays and is open to all Juniors aged 6 to 17, boys and girls. The Junior Academy gives young golfers the opportunity to:
•Learn the game of Golf
•Improve their skills
•Understand the rules and etiquette of the game
•Achieve a good standard of golf
•Make new friends

Local primary and secondary schools are introducing golf into the school curriculum with the assistance and guidance from me.

This is a great opportunity for children who haven’t had the chance to play golf before to have a go. I will be coaching children at thier schools, during thier sports curriculium time and after school clubs in the hope they will carry it on and join me at the weekend in the Junior Academy.

                            
Child Protection

I have attended child protection and safety courses held by the NSPCC and the Sports Council UK and has the highest level of criminals records bureau clearance for teaching children. Throughout your lessons, feel safe in the knowledge that I am also a fully qualified Britsh Red Cross first aider.
