It was great to see Luke Donald become world number 1, and he is proof that distance isn't everything but it certainly helps if you have a short game and putting stroke like Lukes. So the point i am making is please spend as much time on the short game and putting as you do on the long game and hitting as far as you can at present.

School sessions have started now. If you don't see me around I'm most probably teaching the youngsters. Today I've been at Bude junior school teaching the little youngsters there.
